Maître de Chai

Established in 2012, Maître de Chai is the personal wine project of Marty Winters and Alex Pitts, who met while working as cooks at Cyrus in Healdsburg, California. Maître de Chai is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that truly reflect the unique terroir of their vineyards. From the ground to the bottle, their focus is on capturing the character of the wine, sourcing grapes from impeccably farmed and distinct single vineyards in California.
